At Stuga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to help you find a better match or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.
